Monster Mod has some good changes (spawn settings, varied monster textures), but is lore-breaking as hell.
Choose this INSTEAD of one of the main files, not alongside. Lore Edition of Monster Mod - Additions without the new companion and with all spiders removed. New Vegas uncut - outside bets adds back some disabled NPCs, as well as some scripted battles between the legion and NCR. DFB random encounters can add fo3-style encounters.
